Veronica is a Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Cranial Sacral/ Polarity Therapist as well as a Reiki Master.  She received her training from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Scottsdale, AZ & has been a practicing therapist for 9 years.

A Massage with Veronika is not your typical massage experience!  She utilizes a general Swedish style framework but incorporates many sedona/ spa elements to create a deeply relaxing & nurturing experience for her clients.  Veronika's therapy includes pharmaceutical grade Essential Oils from Young Living, the warm soothing touch of heated stones & a general energy balancing all while your body gets the touch & attention it  deserves!  This therapy is a wonderful restorative experience & as well as being truly unique!

Cranial Sacral therapy is a gentle therapy that works to rebalance the flow of cranial sacral fluid in & around the bones of the cranium & the sacrum via the spinal column.  This therapy also works to release emotional & physical stress being held in these areas.  Clients rest on a massage table while the therapist goes through a series of gentle hand placements that allow the bones in the cranium to "unwind" & release any tension being held there.  Clients report feeling relaxed & may experience the sensation of the bones in the face & skull moving slightly as they relax & rebalance!

Polarity Therapy is a dynamic therapy that utilizes the bodies own energetic meridians to release tension & stress held in the fascia tissue of the body.  Developed over many years, a series of hand placements are used to allow the body to release in specific sequences.  This type of therapy is used to release muscles & area's of concern that traditional massage techniques may not help.  Polarity therapy is also very useful to assist is releasing areas of tension in the body created by emotional stress & trauma. 

Both therapies work on releasing & rebalancing the bodies energetic system & the corresponding physical tension & stress.  Clients rest comfortably fully clothed on a massage table during the therapy.

Reiki is a gentle hands on healing technique developed at the turn of the last century in Japan by Dr.Mikao Usui.  Reiki is now practiced worldwide in a variety of settings.  These gentle yet powerful healing sessions help restore balance to an overstressed body/mind/spirit.  They help your body relax and stimulate the innate healing system within you. 

A typical Reiki session lasts 60-90 minutes while the client rests fully clothed on a massage table.  You may feel gentle pressure from different hand placements during a typical session. Reiki is suitable for all ages & ailments.   Reiki  can be utilized in single sessions & in packages when more intensive healing in desired.

Reiki is covered as an adjunct therapy to surgery in England because studies have shown that individuals receiving treatments before & after surgery were healing up to 50% faster!

Veronica is now offering facilitated MAP sessions as outlined in Machaelle Small Wright's book 'MAP-The Co-creative White Brotherhood Medical Assistance Program'.  MAP sessions are wonderful healing sessions utilizing Devic & Spiritual energies & connections.  These sessions are appropriate for those who are comfortable with conscious energy connection & interaction during a healing session.  You will learn how to open these dynamic sessions for yourself in addition to the facilitated sessions offered. 
A typical MAP session lasts about an hour.  Clients will remain clothed & resting comfortably on a massage table with discussion after.

Chakra Balancing includes an assessment of the functioning of each Chakra with a corresponding opening & cleansing of each Chakra using breathe & energywork.  This is a wonderful therapy for those interested & guided towards Chakra therapy.
